The Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter) is Germany’s largest corporate initiative aimed at promoting diversity in the workplace. By signing the charter, organizations commit to creating a work environment free of prejudice—regardless of age, ethnic origin, gender, religion, or disability.
